Like many other Pompous Twits tastings, the wines will be tasted blind. But quite unlike other Twits tastings, you will be given no advance notice regarding the nature of the wines.  Each year, Jerry and Carol put together an assortment of wines that may be similar or may be quite different, and yet there is something... what is it?... that ties them together. 

Your job as a Pompous Twit is to decipher the riddle and then deduce the theme.  If you are the first to guess correctly, then you gain the undying awe and admiration of your fellow Twits, who shall chant in your honor, "We're not worthy! We're not worthy!"   Such admiration shall be bestowed upon you that you might be compelled to join the Witness Protection Program just to gain some privacy.

Okay... so maybe not. But guessing is the name of the game, and whether you guess correctly or incorrectly, the goal is to have fun!  Could be a varietal... could be a region... could be a single producer or perhaps even wines beginning with the letter X... or none of those things!
